On-site support, at the National ISBN Agency, is available by appointment.

Type of request *

New ISBN: when the applicant has already got a publisher prefix.
New Prefix + ISBN: when the applicant is contacting for the first time and needs to register in the National ISBN Agency or when the prefix runs out (the first number associated with this prefix will be assigned simultaneously).
New Prefix: when the applicant only wishes to obtain a new prefix; the National ISBN Agency might ask for an explanation for this type of request.

Urgent

The applicant can request priority in its order which will be fulfilled in the same day (excluding saturdays, sundays and public holidays), as long as the form is correctly filled in and after paying of the urgency fee.

The applicant also assures that his/her request will only be considered after payment. APEL's members are exempted from this payment as long as they have no debts associated with their current or past statutory condition or resulting from the acquisition of any kind of services. *
